I started writing poetry ever since I was in middle school. It was a freedom of a expression that I truly fell in love with. As I have progressed in my poetry I have written about all sorts of different topics from; heartbreak, to political issues, to spiritual poems, but my favorite is the more comical poetry. I always love to make people laugh and I love poetry so I decided why not combine the two. I like to combine comedy, poetry with a little bit of a risque flair. I have performed in venues up and down the coast. The largest so far is the Belly Up. I will be performing with a group of poets this Saturday the 9th as an opening act at the American Comedy Club in Downtown, SD. I feel like making people feel good and have a good time has been my reason to rhyme. Check out one of my poems called Moisturize Me.
