Coldo Pomodoro – Italian Restaurant Carlsbad CA
Coldo Pomodoro is an Italian restaurant in Carlsbad CA. It’s located right there on the corner on State St. It’s a very nice place with outside seating and a little bar area with two TVs. At night they redish type lights that seem to make it more relaxing.
My roommate works there and I’ve eaten there twice since I moved back to North San Diego. The first time was during the day and I had an Italian sub sandwich that was very good. Tonight I had the Chicken Linguini. The bread, the chicken, sauce, and pasta were all great. Big pieces of chicken and it was aesthetically pleasing (which never really matters to me anyway but it had a nice presentation). Next time I go in I am going to try out one of their pizzas! It would be a good spot to take a date if you are around downtown Carlsbad.
